Class 1: Get Grounded — How to Stay Calm When Your Teen Isn't
Before you can guide your teen through their emotions, you have to know how to steady your own. In this session, you’ll learn how to process your feelings instead of pushing them down, so you can show up
calm, confident, and clear-headed.
When you model emotional regulation, your teen learns from your example — and everything starts to shift.

Class 2: Think It Through — Teaching Teens (and Yourself) Better Thought Habits
It’s time to move from emotion to empowerment. In this session, you’ll explore “The Belief Model” — your unique approach to
cultivating critical thinking and emotional awareness.
You’ll practice using it to reframe stressful moments and teach your teen to do the same, building peace and perspective at home.

Class 3: Coach Your Teen Through Worry with Calm Curiosity
Now it’s time to bring it all together. Learn how to connect with your teen through empathy and curiosity, not control.
You’ll discover how to

helping your teen build confidence and resilience while you stay grounded and connected.
